Returns Policy


At Insight we take great pride in the quality of our products and the customer service we provide.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or you would like a refund on a faulty item(s) please see the information below.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer our customers an exchange on all full priced product if the item(s) are:

  • In original purchase condition.
  • All tags, stickers are intact.
  • The items have not been worn or washed.
  • The exchanged items are accompanied by original purchase receipt.

Please make your purchase carefully as we do not offer a refund on an incorrect choice. Exchanges are made at the original sale price.

All exchanges must be posted back within 14 days of original delivery date.


Swimwear Returns

Please note for hygiene reason, we cannot offer refunds, exchange or online credit for swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed. This may not apply if there is a fault with your item. *If your return shows visible signs of wear or if the product is not in original condition with all tags, labels and stickers intact we will not process the return.


Domestic returns


Full priced purchases

If you wish to return a full priced product for an exchange or store credit please click here and complete the return request form. Our customer service team will then assess your return request and if approved will issue an RA number for your return.

For full priced returns we will organise a courier to collect your order, please include your original receipt as well as the issued RA number with your order.

Please make your selection carefully as we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are subject to availability and we will not be held liable if your desired exchange is unavailable.

*If your return shows visible signs of wear or if the product is not in original condition with all tags, labels and stickers intact we will not process the return.


Sale purchases

Sale purchases may only be exchanged for another product at the cost of the customer. If you wish to exchange a sale item please click here and complete the return request form. If approved, our customer service team will issue an RA number for your return. Please include your original receipt as well as the issued RA number with your return.

Please note a pre-paid self-addressed satchel large enough to fit the exchanged goods must accompany your return.

Faulty returns

If you wish to return a faulty item please click here and complete the return request form, our customer service team will then issue an RA number for your return.

For faulty returns we will organise a courier to collect your order, please include your original receipt as well as the issued RA number with your return.

Once we receive your return our customer service team will then assess the faulty item. If deemed faulty we can offer an exchange, store credit or refund.

International returns

International full priced and sale purchases may only be exchanged for another product at the cost of the customer. If you wish to return a full priced or sale product for an exchange click here and complete the return request form. Our customer service team will then assess your return request and if approved will issue an RA number for your return. Please include your original receipt as well as the issued RA number with your return.

International returns must be sent via registered post to:

Once your return is received we will then process your requested exchange. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the requested exchange back to them. The shipping cost is $25AUD for products under $150AUD and $10AUD for products over $150AUD.

International faulty returns

If you wish to return a faulty item please click here and complete the return request form, our customer service team will then issue an RA number for your return.

Once your return request is received our customer service team will contact you. You will need to provide photos of the faulty garment and a detailed description of the fault. If our customer service team deems the garment to be faulty the item will need to be sent via registered post along with your issued RA number, original receipt and postage receipt to:

Once your return is received our customer service team will then process your requested refund, exchange or store credit.


Transaction Cancellation:


If you wish to cancel an order please contact enquiries@insight51.com and provide the order number emailed to you at time of order placement and reason for cancellation. If your order was placed after 10am on a business day please notify us via the link above before 10am the following day.
